This Privacy Policy explains how Spirit Vanguard ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use propertytitlecheck.co.uk (the "Site"). We are the data controller for the purposes of UK data protection law.

  • Payment information — processed directly by our secure payment provider. We do not store your full card number or CVV.

  • Communications — any correspondence you send us, e.g. support enquiries.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

If any of our service providers store or process data outside the UK/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Delivered documents are stored securely and automatically deleted from our systems after 3 months — please save your own copy after downloading.
